"Unfortunately not with my new glasses.
The problem was my own, not Glasses .com. I did not realize that the glasses would have progressive lenses and I was unable to see out of them. I called glasses.com. and spoke with Tyler. and was asked to confirm that the prescription. was correct in the new lenses. I went to my optometrist and she confirmed that it was. I called back an again spoke with Tyler and told him that they were correct but I could not see out of them. He said with a very nice attitude that I would be sent return postage paid return paperwork to mail them back with a full refund.
1St. class Co. and personnel people to do business with.
Thanks Tyler.

"I've ordered about 8 times in the past year from glasses.com. I've ordered sunglasses (for myself and as gifts), and eye glasses through my insurance. I have also returned a pair of eye glasses that I partially paid for through my eye insurance. I have to say that most of my experiences were smooth and quick. Customer service is amazing! When returning my eye glasses, it took a few weeks to get my refund from glasses.com and they sent an apology email with a discount code to use next time. In addition, I was not refunded my insurance benefits but they allowed me to order manually through their customer service and use the insurance benefits on another pair of glasses (they even shipped the glasses overnight for free!). Although there were a couple of setbacks, they were always more than helpful when I spoke with the customer service reps. I will be ordering from them again and again. I am very happy with my experiences with glasses.com and highly recommend them. "
"I used glasses.com for the first time in January 2017. They have good customer support when you are buying without insurance claims. I had to unfortunately return because it didn't fit my head. Although their website say (in details section) the size of the frame, but may be I wasn't aware on what sizes fit me. Plus the frame was not in great shape either, good packing but had scratches and didn't look brand new. I am not saying they gave me old frame, but my guess it may have been returned previously and hence some wear and tear. But this risk is there with all products we buy online. Nevertheless, while returning, they quickly returned the money, but didn't reverse my insurance claim. I called 3 times to check if the reverse was done, every time the customer support will say we will do it today, but when you call after few days to check, its still the same. After waiting for a month, I called insurance and they said the claim in not even started. Tried to bring glasses.com rep on conference and they denied. So my advise, if you are using insurance, please don't even think of returning glasses if you buy from this place, just throw away or get ready to waist your time chasing them and the insurance company. I can't blame the insurance company as they have not received the claims return request yet, plus hate to admit they are least helpful too."
"I do not know where all of these bad reviews are coming from. The process to order glasses was both easy and quick. I ordered my first pair of glasses online and they arrived within 5 days. They weren't quite what I was looking for, so I called customer service to find out the process for exchanging them. The man on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant, and he sent me a return label in the mail right away. Once I checked and saw that the glasses had in fact arrived, I called again to see what the next step was. She said that they had arrived, but hadn't been processed in her system yet, but that she could go ahead and help me order my new pair. We were off the phone in 10 minutes, and I had ordered a new pair of glasses, found out they were cheaper than I originally thought, and she gave me express shipping once they were ready. Again had a very pleasant experience with her on the phone - quick and easy. We will definitely be doing business with them again."
"I recently had an eye exam and have major changes in my prescription. I also have astigmatism and one eye is out of alignment due to childhood surgery. I also require multi-vision lenses. Glasses.com was running a sale so I decided to give them a try. I contacted them and discussed my issues, gave them all my measurements- very easy by the way with their online tools- and 5 days later my glasses were delivered. Out of the box I saw more clearly than ever before- my TV jumped out at me!. The lenses I selected gave me a very wide field of vision-better than the $600 name brands I had before. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue. The prescription was set a little lower than my preference, so my reading vision was more in-the-lap than out-in-front. I made another call and was absolutely flabbergasted at how helpful they were- very uncharacteristic from my experience with online companies. I was referred to Visionworks for a measurement and for the optometrist to spot my "ideal pupil height". I made the visit, gathered the data, and called Glasses.com to give them the measurements- up 4mm. Three days later- after a no-charge rush and overnight shipping (at their suggestion), I have my new glasses and they fit perfectly and the vision is great. Realistically I saved around $400 for my prescription and selection over the brick-and-mortar dispensaries I normally use. I hated buying glasses in the past but I must say- I hope Glasses.com stays in business forever. I plan to order sunglasses this week. I highly recommend Glasses.com and their staff and employees. Thank you Glasses.com for a wonderful buying experience and for much better vision."
"the glasses i ordered from the actually didn't work out, but I really felt their customer service was excellent. Super friendly, helpful and fast."
"I was excited about my order and new glasses, I placed the order and paid at checkout. Two days later I received an e-mail that I would need to pay an additional $99 for want I had already paid for. I dealt with Antione, Ebony, Toni, and Dawn (if they are really different people). My question of why the additional $99 for want was already included in my original payment was never answered. I finally cancelled my order because I felt this was either a bait and switch or I was just being double charged.
I asked for a refund so we will see how that goes."
"I have been doing business with glass.com since 2013 and was initially extremely happy with them. However, I recently tried to place an order and after four days was informed that the lab couldn't make my prescription in the sunglasses I ordered and that it would be 3-10 business days to get a refund. I had searched based on my prescription . I placed another order and was again informed the lab couldn't make my prescription which is odd since I had already bought the same pair from them before. I'm still waiting for my refund and it has been over two weeks. I was told they have undergone a change in ownership and I am extremely dissatisfied. "
"I started this return process on Sept 8th and still haven't received my refund to date 10/3/16!
BUYER BEWARE! After 12 emails, a request to mail me the return label they no. I finally paid for the return myself. Mailed out on a Sunday 9/11/16 and now they have my glasses AND my money. After wearing them for a week I couldn't drive with them and started the return process. They wouldn't work with on the return label and my printer was broken.
Not a good company to deal with. Am also turning them into the Better Business Bureau."
"I was very worried having read all of the negative reviews, but my experience with glasses.com was extremely positive. I decided to try glasses.com because they took my vision insurance and purchasing my glasses from them instead of a bricks-and-mortar store (that also took my insurance) would save me over $100 for the same glasses and lenses. The process was flawless. I was kept updated by texts and emails about the progress of my order and received my beautiful, perfect glasses within 1-2 weeks. I would use glasses.com again for sure. "
"I'm not sure where all these bad reviews came from. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. I've purchased two pairs of prescription eyeglasses from them in the past 2 years. The first pair was a pair of Ray bans. No issues. New year, new pair. I went to the doctor to get a new prescription. That's where it all went wrong. I ordered a pair of Armani Exchange glasses with the new Rx. They arrived quickly and undamaged. However, the Rx was too strong in one eye. I called Glasses.com and told them of the situation. They told me the PD was different on this pair than my last pair, and asked if the last pair made me feel "sea sick" like these did. I told them the last pair are fine. So they sent me a return label and sent me a brand new pair of glasses. The glasses came in like 1 day. It was amazing how fast the arrived. Try them on...bummer. Still too strong. This time I called the eye doctor. Yes, she wrote the RX too strong. Who does that? So I called Glasses.com again, told them the sitch. BAM! prepaid return label and new glasses. FINALLY... the 3rd pair is perfect. The customer service reps were very helpful, always polite and I think this company is great. They made the glasses correctly every time. All the mistakes were from the doctor. They never told me "NO" once. They did what they had to do to ensure I was a satisfied customer and that my glasses were perfect. And for that, I thank them."
"I ordered my glasses and they reached out to my optometrist for me, verified my prescription and within a week I get my glasses. I did get the lenses free with the frame. Four months down the road the lenses are scratched and I contacted customer support. They offered me their best lens, I paid the difference in value between the lens I had and the new one which was like $120. Had the new lenses for a month and it seems they have spots in the coating so email customer support. They reply to let me know my replacement is on its way no cost to me. These guys are awesome."
"Worst online shopping experience . They sent me glasses that were defective. I sent an email with a photo and the did not respond to me for over a week. I sent mutple emails asking for someone to respond. After a week I got 6 emails from 6 different people telling me 6 different remdies. Two asked to call, one told me that they would replace but did not have the color and gave me two choices, another two to send bck and a third saying they no longer have my frames AND I COULD GET A CREDIT???? Terrible customer service. I need the glasses to see and it is like they know this and are forcing me to keep them. All they need to do is send out a replacement pair. I took a picture of the defect?? Stay away from them"
"Go ahead and order glasses from this company, but ONLY if you are going to send them your full prescription immediately, including PD and you don't need them in a hurry.
I sent my information in for them to contact my eye Dr 10 minutes after I placed my order. I was contacted three times over the next two days asking me to send my Dr's information - each time I sent it. After three days, I got contacted back again saying they needed my PD. I sent my PD in and heard nothing back. I finally called the next day to check on my order and I was told I had never sent in my PD. The entire process has been BEYOND frustrating.
I selected expedited shipping so that I would have them by the end of the week (website states 2-3 business days). As of this morning, 4 days later, they still haven't been put into production and I was told that it was my fault bc I failed to provide them with the information for obtaining my prescription (which was not true).

"Great price, then I get a small scratch on one of the lenses (actually I'm always had protective scratch resistant on all my glasses, had them with glasses.com ones, but somehow I have a slight scratch less than a week after I got them, hmmm). I email them, said go to Lenscrafters, they can't fix it, so I ask glasses.com if I can return, have them replace one lens, I'll pay for it of coarse, and have them send it back. Suddenly, I get a silly response from them that we don't do that, buy a new pair of glasses. I pay more for glasses at my optometrist, but now I know why, be aware."
