"Placed order for a prescribed sun glasses. It delivered without having prescription lenses. ReturnEd it, placed another order again. It took forever to production. Contacted support to cancel, but then a supervisor reached out saying he can update production priority and also giving me some discount.
I agreed and he placed another order for me. It took even longer than a normal order to do production. After 2 weeks of no update and contacting support with no results, i canceled my order for a full refund.
