I like the glasses and the Rx is perfect, but I am disappointed in the length of time it took to process and deliver my order. "I have written numerous times over two weeks asking where my order is. No way to get the tracking number. I have tried communicating on the phone. All to no avail. The customer support part of website gives error messages when you try the tracker. It does not recognize the order or the name or the e-mail address, no matter how you input the data. The registration page is broken, and I've written several times about this as well with no response. After as much as 45 minutes on hold, while their phone keeps promising "3 minutes", their phone hangs up. The live chat is dead 24/7 I have left several messages all unanswered. No response from anyone. No answers to emails or to website messages. Terrible company.
No one should have to go through this. They sell your email adress to companies such as resellerratings.com. The glasses finally arrived, but it wasn't worth it do deal with such an unresposive and unprofessional company."

"Ordered on 11/11. rec'd 12/23. Took 1 1/2 Month. Too Long. order said being processed on line. when I called after 3 weeks they said they sent an email to me about an incorrect PD. That email must of went to my spam. Never saw it. They had my telephone number, why didn't they call and tell me. Glasses rec'd and were fine.
