"I ordered some prescription sunglasses from your website. I am extremely displeased with you customer service department. I am happy with the product I received however i ordered these for a specific reason and needed them on a specific date. Your website says that orders take about 12 days to process. I ordered them in the first week of June, and needed them by June 20th, cutting it kind of close but thought it would work out. I realized that it was not going to work where I would receive these in the time needed. I contacted your customer service to request upgraded shipping. I was told that it would not be a problem and that I would receive an e-mail, "within 24 hours", confirming that the shipping was upgraded. I never got an e-mail and the shipping was not upgraded. The next day, after not receiving an e-mail, I called again, this time giving the lady my credit card number to upgraded the shipping. She then told me the shipping was upgraded and that I would receive a confirmation e-mail, "within 24 hours", she also stated she would call me back once this was done to confirm. That phone call and e-mail were never received so I called again the next day. At this point I was going to need my sunglasses overnighted if I was going to be able to use them for the trip I was going on. I offered to pay for overnight shipping, Michael, the last employee of yours that I talked to then informed me that the order had already shipped that morning, USPS, and that he could not help me. I then asked to speak to a supervisor because this was not what I was told would happen. I was told they would be expedited via UPS. Michael told me "my supervisor is busy, I will have them give you a call in one hour". I told him that i doubted very much that would happen due to the previous interactions and Michael assured me that someone would call me back within the hour. That didn't happen! So I called back again and got Michael. He told me the order was shipped and there was nothing he could do except give me a 50% discount on my order. That never happened. Your customer service people are terrible lairs and your service in general is sub par. I am happy enough with the glasses even though I didn't get to use them for what I purchased them for due to the shipping issues. Your company needs to seriously stop lying to people on the phone. I will not be returning as a customer. I would not recommend your company to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!"

"I would't know how well your glasses work as I have not recieved them as of yet. It has been 22 days, In a few more days I wont need them because I have had enough time to learn Braille. I also rated you customer service poorly even though I didnt get a chance to speak with them, it wasn't for the lack of me trying."

"I was so pleased with my glasses. I have a high powered prescription and they filled the order with no problem.The number one thing that I love about GlobalEyeglasses.com is the prices. They are so affordable. I can purchase two pair of glasses with them for the price of one if I had gotten them some where else. From now on I will be buying my glasses from them.

"I never recieved my order. The tracking number they gave me is no good. I called them 2 times and e-mailed them and got no help with the tracking number. My next step is to contact pay pal and have them find out what happened to my order. I will never shop at globaleyeglasses again. Stay away from this vendor!"

"Overall, I am quite pleased with my glasses. The lenses have the correct prescription, and the frames fit well. I was disappointed with the service, however. I did not receive an email confirming the placement of my order, nor did I receive an email notifying me that my glasses had been shipped. So, if you don't mind knowing what's going on or making a couple of phone calls to find out, this is a fine company to deal with."
