"The first pair of glasses I ordered from Global Eyeglasses was perfect but it was all down hill from there.

The second pair was the wrong prescription. I called and was told a second pair of corrected lenses would be sent to me. Instead, they sent another pair of glasses with the same incorrect prescription. I called again and was assured that the corrected lenses were on their way. they never shipped.

In the meantime, I place another order, this time on a 2 for 1 deal. Again, both pairs were incorrect.

Each time I was sent glasses for distance and not for reading AS I HAD CHECKED. The worst part is that the glasses come from overseas so if they screw up, it takes almost a month foe each order. It's now July and my April order still isn't correct."

"Their guarantee is an absolute lie. My glasses were not made properly and they wouldn't accept them back for an exchange. They lost my son's frames that they were supposed to put new lenses in and would not credit me the $30 charge that I paid to have them replaced...they finally found the frames and mailed them back with the original lenses...not the ones I paid for. Their customer service is pitiful. Do not be drawn in by their guarantee. It is a farce."
