"My selecting and ordering was pretty painless, however I placed the order on June 3rd, it is now July 1st and I still have not received the glasses. They were supposedly mailed on June 20th, but even then, 3 weeks to make a pair of sunglasses is a bit excessive. Placed an order with Zenni optical on June 3rd and had already received my order by June 20th. Makes you think. Not at all happy with the extremely slow turn around time."

"At last we received our glasses. It takes 2 weeks to arrive, shipment is without tracking so it is worrisome when we don't receive it after 1 week. The tracking system is not clear, it said DHL but also USPS but no tracking info for both. I suspect it is group ship from abroad with DHL and distributed through registered USPS by third party. We received the glasses as described, quality is according to the price. When you need reading glasses usually sold @ $10 in CVS/Walgreen/Walmart but your left and right eye have different strength need, this is the place to get it."
