"I ordered two pair of glasses ( 1 free ) they were not done correctly, they did not follwed the prescription. I request to send me another pair of glasses, they send it to me again and was not done correctly. of three pairs of glasses I can not use one of them."
"Terrible service. I'm having problems with this company responding with me about my lens. I emailed and called several times to let them know the lens is not fitting properly in the frame and they would not answer phones or the email. I also let them know that I wanted to get a new lens because I was getting retested on my eyes and would like for them to look at the prescription for me. But no reponse for almost two weeks so after while my expiration will be up so now I'll have to get someone to put new lens in my frames."
