"You are taking your chances if you buy from Globe2000. Its very hard to get them to send an RMA if you ever need to return anything. I have emailed them 7 times, called their customer service number(their answering machine is full) and even faxed them. It's been 7 days and I still don't have a RMA.
You might as well throw your order in the trash if it doesn't work."

Minor oops occuring with wrong color item received, right after they received my email asking what to do, I received a email appoligising for the error and informed the correct one was on its way! Backorder item (my fault for waiting too long to order it) not only imedantly refunded, with another appoligy email, but even a recomendation about a simular product! "I received a defective software and have asked that it be exchanged for another item. Was told to send in additional money - which I did by money order, it has been approxiamtely 30 days and I have not received my money or the item. I have not received any correspondence since 5/11/05 when I emailed them asking for a full refund.
The customer service is terrible and no one returns your phone call. I even received a RMA number to use to return the item."

"Placed an order through Pricegrabber for 3 sets of Logitech Ear Buds on 03/04/05 Globe charged my credit card 4 day later. It is now 03/17 and I have not received the ear buds. I checked my credit card account on line, and Globe credited me back my payment, but hey, how about some notice. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for these things. If Globe was unable to ship,they should have contacted me so I could get the item elsewhere."
"After reading the reviews of this merchant, I was a little hesitant to purchase from them. I went ahead and ordered anyway. I received three emails (order confirmation, ship confirmation, and ship confirmation with tracking number), and the correct item arrived just as advertised. I did get the inside-out DHL box packaging, but that doesn't bother me any. Based on my experience, I would purchase from them again. I did not have any reason to contact them for service or support after my purchase, so can't comment on that."

Ordered Windows XP from Globe2000, a vendor on www.pricegrabber.com 02-25-05. I paid EXTRA for priority shipping. No delivery by 03-02-05. E-Mail seller asking where's my software. Seller say will send tomorrow. I say get it here friday or send money my back , I paid by Visa. He says will send 2nd day air DHL Shipping. I say ok. 03-04-05 Tracking says is at DHL location, 3 miles from my house. I call and they tell me I cannot pick it up, I must wait till monday 03-07-05 for delivery. Never ever use this seller, ever again! negative is too nice ! DHL blows huge chunks! I had to go through hell just calling DHL, they have no local phone number, you must go through an 800 number and they do all the talking, they refuse to give out phone numbers and al your messages are passed on. You cannot pick up packages, as I was even told they lock up all the packages ina cage and you cannot pick the package up and must wait till delivery. FARCE!

"Placed order on the 12th of October and waited until the 18th to email and ask what was happing with my order. Tried calling customer service and could not reach a live person. Then I tried emailing and recieved a email back that item was out of stock(BUSINESS WORKS SUITE-DELUXE EDITION). Glob2000.com had my order for a week and did nothing. I waited for a item I would never recieve. Very poor service... "
"I ordered NSW from his company and I received it in about 4 days. The packaging was a complete joke! They used an old Airborne Express envelope turned inside out and taped together to package the CD. The tape was incredibly cheap and barely held the cut up/altered "envelope" together. The shipment was wet (for some unknown reason - this may be USPS's fault), so the water leaked through the cheap packaging onto the CD. I doubt it would be too difficult to buy a padded envelope from an office store to ship products.
The CD works, but be aware that you get what you pay for. I doubt I would order anything more expensive from them. It's be a risk judging from how they treat the simplest of orders."

When I ordered I specified new in retail pkg. only. Received the controllers March 22,2004 definitly not new in retail pkg, with sticker as is, which means supposedly refurbished, none of the 4 worked. Can't get them to answer e-mails, had bought paypal protection but since it was more than 30 since I ordered said they couldn't help. Seems like rip off artist if you ask me. I had told them the controllers were gifts for grandchildren---like they care. Most disgusted with them and PriceGrabber where they were listed."
