"The products are great, but the shipping and communication after the sale is one one of the worst we've dealt with. Shipping is so bad and expensive, we actually triedh a third party shipper and Global delayed the transaction, lost part of the delivery and delivered some of our shipment to someone else. If they could get out of their own way with shipping it would be great. Communication is spotty at best, they tell you and email you the shipment is shipped, but it hasn't and the tracking number isn't even valid for you, it is there internal number of sorts."
