"When I order any type of large item, furniture in particular, from Global I always expect some type of damage to the item. Most of the time when I complain I will receive a discount but the process is exhausting. I am expected to return the item in most cases which I am not willing to do on my dime. Then this usually leads to a discount. Smaller items always are sent in a timely manner, without damage as well as ordering is swift and easy. I gave a below average rating for all the damaged furniture I received."
