"Glyde is the way to go when it comes to getting good deals. You pay the money and your stuff is shipped to you and if you are OK with it, so be it if no your return it and get your money."
"I Sold 2 phones through them. One the customer did not want, so they returned it which was fine but they did not send my charger back and they have yet to resolve the issue and it has been weeks. Many unanswered emails, and the ones they did respond to were vague such as "Let us check with our partner and we will get back to you". It is UNBELIEVABLE they would treat a client like this. The second phone I sold went smoothly and money was deposited in my account. Later (past they're so called 72 hour period) the money was retracted from my account. They're response was the buyer later said they had issues with the sound quality of the phone. Keep in mind this was after the sale was finalized. They simply replied "sometimes a buyer later decides they have issues with the phone". Blatant disregard of they're own policy. I finally received this phone back and the sound quality is fine, but there is a NEW crack in the screen! So I could only be lead to believe the buyer broke the screen and wanted to return it after the sale was finalized and they let this happen. They have yet to respond to emails, or resolve any of these issues. I have never dealt with a company that behaves this way. I will update this review with future happenings. BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!"
"Hi!! glyde was amazing to use! Very quick, easy, simple and fast. I would recommend it to anyone trying to sell a computer, old iPhone etc.
Amazing company! "
"I tried to place an order for a phone and five days later got an email saying it was never sent because the seller fell through. This happened five different times. I won't be using this site again. "
"Don't bother with this service!! I ordered an iPad, waiting 2 weeks for it and then got an email saying they were cancelling the order because the seller didn't ship anything. I reordered an iPad, waiting another 2 weeks and again never received anything because the seller didn't send anything. Despite their claim that most of "their sellers are timely and reliable," I have found that to be an outright lie.
To make matters worse, after you get screwed, the company just says we apologize for the frustration. Clearly they aren't willing to stand behind their business if they think a lousy apology is sufficient."
"When I was looking to sell my iPod touch I checked everywhere online. Glyde's payout at market value was over 20% higher than any other website offered. When I sold it they shipped a box fast and I packaged it up and had my money in a few days. Glyde is simple and easy, they take care of everything so the selling process is so easy. Will definitely sell again with Glyde!"
"I clicked buy on an "excellent" Galaxy S7 on 2/3. I received the phone on 2/16. The package was nice and the phone looked great, but the phone's theft deterrent asked me to log into the google account that was originally on the phone. The short and skinny of it is that I paid for a phone that doesn't work. I asked for giidance from their customer service emai with no response. A return package is incoming and I will have been out $350 for a month by the time I get a credit if this goes as slowly as shipping did.
Never use Glyde. The phones aren't checked by anyone and their onstructions to sellers of S7 phones leaves out that the google account must be removed so it can be activated by the new user.
0 stars if I could."
"DO NOT TRUST THE CERTIFIED REFURBISHED RATING. These refurbished phones are not refurbished with Apple parts and Glyde does not take responsibility when the after-market parts cause your phone to fail.
I bought a Certified Refurbished iPhone 5S from Glyde back in the beginning of October 2016. I didn't realize it until after the 3 day return period passed, but Siri did not work (the input microphone didn't work so Siri never "heard" me). This wasn't a huge deal because I don't use Siri much, so I let it go.
The phone started turning off spontaneously and then immediately turning back on again towards the end of November. I had had the phone only 8 weeks, and I had kept it in perfect condition. At the end of December, less than 90 days after purchase, I took the phone in to an Apple store to have it looked at and the tech helping me said that he could not/would not repair it since the phone had been refurbished with after-market parts.
I paid $300 for the phone through Glyde and less than 90 days later, due to no fault of mine, I had to buy a new iPhone 5S (which, at this point, is a model at least 3 years out of date) for another $275 from Apple. This means I spent over $600 (with labor costs and shipping fees) to buy an outdated phone. I could have just spend $100 more and gotten a new iPhone 7.
When I contacted Glyde's customer service about this issue, they agreed to give me $30 back for my trouble. But, because I had closed the bank account I used to purchase the phone shortly after the purchase, I never got the refund because Glyde refused to issue the refund to my new bank account.

"We tried to sell a laptop on Glyde and it's been nothing but a headache. The shipping material we were to use took weeks to arrive. The contents of the shipping package did not match what was described in the instructions, but we made do. When we finally sent it off, the buyers decided a millimeter flex in the case (which we did not notice during years of use) made it unacceptable... but they'd take it for $100 less. We refused, and were supposed to get it back ... last week. The potential buyers waited until yesterday to drop it off at the post office. So it's been over a month and we're back where we started.
You're basically dealing with a distributed craigslist, where people will always try to get money off even fairly priced items, except with additional weeks worth of shipping hassle every time someone decides to waste your time."
"I have been trying to sell an iPhone 6 for almost 6 months now and every time that the phone sells the buyer decides to return it stating that the phone is not in the condition that I said it was. This has happened 3 times now and my account is actually in the negative because they charge you the cost of return shipping. Oh, and should I mention that every time the buyer sent back the phone it was in the same mailer I sent it to them in. Meaning they never even opened the box, so how could you know the condition of the phone? Needless to say I will just sell it on eBay or some other website where the buy can't change their mind after receiving the phone and lying about the condition of the phone simply to get their money back."
"I loved this website because I got just what I wanted in perfect condition for a reasonable price. And despite all of the hate mail, this website is not a scam. I recommend to all savvy shoppers and buyers!!!"
"I was selling a tablet and used the suggested price amount. My item sold sooner than the anticipated sell by time. Received my box to ship items within the established time frame. I really appreciated getting updates every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind that things were going as planned. Once the buyer received the item, payment was quick and easy and in my account by the anticipated date. Thank you for making the process so easy. If I have another item to sell I will definitely be using Glyde!"
"I had an old iPhone 4 paperweight on my desk. I was able to sell it for a cool $25. After seeing how easy it was to get some money for what had become clutter on my desk I sold my old iPad for $108 and used that money to get a new iPad. Plus Glyde sends status updates each step of the way; when the shipping materials have been sent and delivered to you, when the device has been scanned and sent to the other user, when they have received it, and when they have confirmed their receipt of the item. Getting paid was super easy too. Connected my PayPal account and the money was transferred with incredible ease. "
"Love this company!! They are truly the best in the Business "
"I attempted to sell a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. Everything started out fine, there buyer receive the phone and then I was paid. I had an issue with my bank account it was given a new account number and this is when the problems started to come to light. I told them two hours after I said I wanted to transfer the funds to my bank account. Then they tell me they don't have the power to cancel a wire transfer which is very untrue you could stop a payment no matter what. Fair guidelines policies States the buyer has 72 hours to check the phone before accepting it they accept the phone. Then 9 days later I get an email stating that supposedly there's an issue with the phone. Which I did exactly what they said to do I'm getting the phone prepped to be sold. The company took advantage of the bank account issue so the buyer was able to cancel the by the phone which wasted my time completely. This company does not have a customer service phone number. Which is convenient for them there's issues that make you wait before they have an issue with the customer they will spam your email box like crazy. Very dissatisfied with their way of bending their policies. I will be reported to the Better Business Bureau because I don't know what their buyer did with the phone far as I know they could have bricked my phone now I'm stuck with it I had other buyers that we took it the phone."
