"After speaking with a rep and getting advised on when I could expect it to arrive, I ordered system with lines online. Over a week went by and I decided to follow up and see where the package was. The clueless rep took awhile looking it up then said for "some reason" it didnt ship out. But he assured me he could have it shipped out in a few days and I would see it in about 5 days. After I complained, he then added that the 2 linesets are backordered for a month. What? So sure I complained on the phone and guess what.... he hung up on me.
