"I was requested to e-mail some information back, unfortunately the e-mail address I was provided would not go thru. But when I called the service was friendly and helpful.
Also the website indicated my order would ship in 1 to 2 days. I realize there was a 2 day hold up on my part, but that being said today is 5-9-14 and I received a message yesterday saying my order would be delivered 5-12-14. Part of the reason I order from you was because of fast delivery. I feel like your website was misleading about shipping information since the product was in stock.

"Their website says due to quick turn around times, their shipping tracking info might not be up to date. Quick turnaround? My status sat unchanged for 8 days!

Tried calling about 5 times. Option 2 for customer support doesnt work. No one ever answered after waiting atleast 30 mins. No recorded messages about wait time either, or place in line.

I then tried getting sales support, option 1. I started awt customer 2 with 8 mins, then 6, then 4, then 2, then 13. WTF? Then each tome message played, it added another minute, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. I finally hung up after about 24 additional minutes.

I then pretty much decided to cancel order. By the time I got home to get on computer, status was updated.
I figured if you cant answer phone after waiting over an hour atleast, i sure didnt want to need your tech support, then I would be screwed.
I was wondering if you guys were a scam.
When my stuff shows up, i just hope it okay and I never have to call you.

Sorry so harsh, but in this day and age, doing everything electronically creates alot of risk. No support seems to throw up a red flag

"I did a complete research of the Mitsubishi Mr Slim tri unit and when I ordered your phone staff didn't have much to offer as far as technical questions. I completed my order through the online store and completed it easily. The 1st issue, the order stated it would ship in 2/3 business days and it took over a week to ship. 2nd, the specifications are not complete. I ordered 3 line sets 1/4,3/8 as specified only to find out upon installation that 1 line set required 1/4,1/2 line set. Because I had to order a new line set I contacted your office and spoke with Javier who advised me I would receive return info via email and that has yet to arrive.
Your pricing cannot be beat but customer service and delivery statements need to be addressed. Thank you, John Curtis, ***-***-****
