"I beg of you - please do not buy from these people. Pass it on. Don't be fooled by their low prices. It is an unscrupulous place. There was one customer service rep there on LIVE CHAT who was GREAT but she apparently quit. You cannot get through on the phones, once your order is placed it takes WEEKS to get and when you DO get it, it is wrong. When you try to send it back, THEY make YOU pay for shipping back and then REJECT your return and send the exact same thing back EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE. This place has to be a hoax or a front. Also, their headquarters are in Delaware, but they actually are in Los Angeles area in California. What is that all about??"

"Horrible experience! After a week I received an email that the glasses were on back order and would be for at least a week and a half longer... I called and finally after an hour got through (before i was getting a fax machine type noise) and they told me that it would be at least an additional 2 weeks on top of that for them to put a prescription in them! "Prompt service. No complaints. I was very leery of ordering from this site based on recent reviews. But they had a discontinued frame I wanted that I could find nowhere else. I called and spoke with a woman who told me they had exactly one left. I held my breath and placed my order on Friday, May 20. By the end of the day I received two emails: one confirming the order, another confirming the order had shipped. My frames arrived on Monday, May 23, which is something of a miracle since I live in Hawaii and the item was sent via USPS. I am going to have lenses put in by my local eye doctor."

When I called they said they would speak to a supervisor and call me back, instead they sent the return back to me and have made no effort to satisfy this complaint."

Their website was so hard to understand I expected I was getting anti reflective coating, turns out I was not.
When I asked to have it added to my lenses, they said ok, just return the glasses and pay a small fee. I said ok. When the glasses made it back to them, my cost for shipping, they called me and said they could not add the coating since it would come off in 3 months. They would charge me 50% of the cost of new lenses to remake the lenses. I had no ability to discuss this with anyone since they never answered their phone. Eventually I got through to someone who was brain dead and said I'd have to talk to her boss. He called me once, left a message and never left a direct line to reach him. NIGHTMARE. So they remade my glasses, charged me $127 and then when they showed up, they were scratched. Now I am dealing with them to get them returned and remade again. NIGHTMARE!"

After 2 weeks I call and they tell me the glasses arent even being sold yet. They go on sale in February. Would be nice if they told you that upfront wouldn't it?!?!!!? Then I order another pair of glasses instead. They come in the mail in about a week. They are completely crooked. I sent them back and they refused to reimburse my shipping charges. Just outrageous. Horrible customer service as well. One woman working there. It seems like the company is being run out of someone's garage. Hate this company."

"I would tell anyone who thinks of purchasing with this company to RUN the other way. It is horrible and has been a nightmare since I sent them back to be repaired. Any other optical store would have easily seen they were still under warranty and replaced the frames. They absolutely do not honor their warranties and have horrible customer service. They have since "lost" my frames and have not returned them to me and it has been a month that I am without my frames that I paid 300 dollars for. This company is horrible. "
