"Ireland, London, Paris, Rome and Edinburgh.....I loved them all and Go Ahead Tours made each of them even more spectacular than I imagined they would be. After my first trip I never considered traveling any other way. Airfare, hotels and excursions were handled with basically one phone call and a deposit. How easy is that ? Transportation from airport to hotel....just find the desk, hand over my voucher and a short while later am at our hotel to meet our tour guide. Sean, Joel and Ailbe were great ! Sean guided us from Dublin to Galway to Belfast, always sharing a wealth of information (and surprising me when I bumped into him in Paris 5 years later). Joel went above and beyond; from tutoring us on the "Tube" to offering us a spectacular dinner in Rome and putting together an optional excursion to Orvieto, which turned out to be one of our favorite side trips. Ailbe was always there when we needed him, introduced us to the card game "45" while on the train to Edinburgh (a game I might add that was probably created by some gents who had spent too much time at the pub) and made sure we saw the stone ring at Castlerigg. I am currently planning my next adventure and though I'm not sure if it will be a "Grand Tour" or a trip to Switzerland and the Alps, I do know it will be Go Ahead who gets me there. Traveling is an amazing step outside of your comfort zone. It's an opportunity to focus on new sights, tastes and sounds...and thanks to Go Ahead I can focus on my travels and not worry about a hotel reservation or which side of the road I should be driving on. "
"I have taken several tours with GoAhead, each one was fabulous! The tour directors are so knowledgeable but also so much fun! By the end of each vacation, it was hard to say "adieu" or "arrivederci" or good-bye. The tours take you to such wonderful cities and the excursions only add more fun to the overall trip. Our fellow passengers have been interesting and good sports. I look forward to traveling with GoAhead again in the future."
"Great experience !! Went to Italy and we had a terrific fantastic tour guide thru the whole trip "Julianna". Everything was super...hotels and buses .the only disappointment were a couple of place for dinner.other than that it was a great experience..we will use them again most definitely...."

"Our tour of Charleston and Savannah was great. Accommodations were just adjacent to the transportation systems in each city. Jeykel Island was amazing. We really covered a lot in a short amount of time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and enteraining. this tour had just the right amount of free time also."

"Walking tour of northern Italy was wonderful. Would not recommend going in October as many places we're already closed for the winter. The Italian Riveria was very disappointing with shops closed, weather bad and crowds fighting for restaurants. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating . Our problems began at the end of the trip in Florence. The hotel was too far from anything and their restaurant was not very appealing. The hotel did provide the cab fare but the lines for cabs were very long. Do not recommend taking the extended trip. Our guide left and we were given someone who was very inexperienced. We were then put on a bus with many other people with another guide whose attire was terrible and manner very coarse. I believe Go Ahead should have reimbursed or compensated us for this mess up. I have done 5 or 6 trips with Go Ahead and have always been pleased. This one fell short of our expectations. "
