"I have ordered glasses from Goggles4u numerous times. I ordered 4 pairs this last time and when my glasses came in the prescription in the lenses was not the prescription on the invoice. I 'chatted' with 4 different people over a series of days before one finally was any help. I sent a copy of my prescription and was told I did not enter the correct information, but it's right there on the invoice....correctly.....
Good news though, I am not being charged to get all of the pairs replaced. I just didn't like that they said that I hadn't entered the prescription right.
