"I ordered 2 pair of Rx sunglasses for a planned vacation well in advance (30 days so I would receive them before my trip. I was provided tracking info once they shipped and the package came to local USPS office in Ohio then re-routed to Michigan and ping-ponged back and forth between 2 USPS offices in Michigan for 2 + weeks. Customer service couldn’t help me and neither could USPS. Finally while I was on my trip I checked tracking and said “unpaid postage, item will not be delivered”. So frustrating bc no one at Goggles4U was willing to assist me on this. This was the first time I have ordered and will be the last time. Did NOT receive my glasses and did not receive a refund!! "

"It was effortless to order and came within a few weeks. While, I love the glasses, (frames) I thought I paid for the thinnest lenses, but they still seem thick. The progressive lens is very good and the distance seems good, however the bifocal part has a very limited "viewing" area. Meaning only good if looking straight. If looking to the right or left it is very blurry."
