Your online interface for ordering is not so great (complicated to navigate) and you don't have enough choices of colors on the models I was interested in. These are very inexpensive glasses with excellent optical quality for the price. I do break the glasses I order from you fairly frequently because they are not the most solidly constructed frames. However, that is something I expect in a low cost pair of glasses. The problem is that when I want to order a replacement pair, you are often either out of stock in the color I like or you have discontinued or changed the style altogether. I would like more availability and consistency. On a positive note, over the past couple of years you have expanded your choices and made many models available with a faster delivery time."

"i still have not recevied my order after receving an email stating i should have it in 10 to 12 days . thar was on aug. 2nd. when i sent a message inquiring the only reply i got was that yes it is ready and i would get a tracking number when it shipped. waited one week and still no info called customer service and was told it was held up in customs but had cleared and i should get notifacation of delivery info soon . i than get this email asking me to rate my experince."

"Ordered glasses. Pricing was very attractive. I didn't realize that the glasses were produced offshore and not in the USA. Tracking was horrific or non-existent. It took two weeks to get them from California to Vermont (should be five days) once they were made. In spite of the promise to upgrade the shipping method to something quicker, they never did. I have already left feedback to this transaction on another site. As I mentioned on the previous feedback, it was my first and last transaction with Goggles4u.com."
