"I hate to say this because I've used GotPrint for at least 10 years, both personally and professionally. I ordered a rather large piece of art and when I opened it, it was crimped in a few areas. Unfortunately, the art is black text on white, so it is glaring. I was really hoping it wasn't noticeable. I simply think that the sheer size of the print was too big NOT to have the possibility of it being flawless. Regardless, every other job I've ever done through GotPrint has been perfect!"

Totally messed up some business cards and it is quite evident it was their printing, but they won't do a thing. Years of my customer loyalty doesn't mean a thing to them. I don't even want to add up how much I have spent with them over the years, but I am sure it is a large amount. 20 years! And they are giving me a canned explanation for why they won't reprint a job of three business cards? Such a shame. It is not that hard to give good customer service, but in my book, they failed horribly."
