We do have an option for a Manually Processed Proof, where for an additional charge your files would be checked for resolution and bleed. We also offer our free Online Designer where you can create our own cards or we can design the cards for you with our Design Services department. On this occasion, our Quality Control department has emailed you offering a store credit for the full amount of the order, please contact our Customer Service department for more information.
