"I ordered cards to take to a conference. I express ordered the cards to get here before I leave. They did not get here before I had to leave. When contacted customer service, they I paid for express shipping but not express printing. I thought that was implied with the extra fee they charged me. I will not be ordering from them anymore. The cards were supposed to be here yesterday and as of right now the status online is "in print". I will not be recommending anyone use them."

"GotPrint's service deserves a NEGATIVE 5-Stars. I placed my order and for over a week their site showed that it was being printed (small order of business cards). I contacted customer service who blamed it all on short staffing. One week after that, I contacted them again as it was STILL being shown as being printed — BS. Literally 2-minutes after ending our 'chat,' I received notice that my order was being shipped — BS. They only created a shipping order, it still hadn't shipped! I finally received this simple order fully 3-weeks after I had placed the order. GotPrint is simply full of excuses. I had done business with them several years ago. Back then they delivered quickly. I'd very likely still be waiting for my order had I not contacted and complained about their service dropping off a cliff. Don't set yourself up for failure — shop elsewhere!

“Thank you for your review. Your order had a production time of 6-9 business days, which was on the order page as well as in the confirmation email sent once the order was placed. The order was placed 3/30, started production 3/31 and shipped 4/12, the 9th business day. The shipping method selected was Economy Shipping, which can take 7-14 business days to be received. The courier does not normally update the tracking information for Economy Shipping until about 5 days after the shipping label was created and was delivered 4/19. Thank you”

"I had high hopes for gotprint, but my hopes were dashed after they wasted a week. After 2 reuploads plus a phone call in for each to verify what changes were being asked for and my submission to proceed with the order, there was a 3rd request for a reupload a week after the order was submitted (and just 2 days from expected delivery). That means, they would have still been processing 3-5 additional days (assuming they got it right) and then the shipping (which I paid extra for since I needed quicker turnaround) would have still needed to take place. Thankfully gotprint didn't charge me for the order. They still cost me a week of wasted time, and prevented us from reaching deadlines. "

Your order was placed 4/14 and on that same day we sent you an email to advise that your files were not set up correctly and were low resolution and asked you to reupload new files. you then sent new files on 4/15, with the same issues and we asked you to reupload again. You called our Customer service department on 4/15 and you let us know that you wanted to print the files as they were and we asked you to send an email to confirm or select the option through your account. You then called us back on 4/19 to cancel the order, which we did. The reason we asked to send new files is that the way you had them may not have printed well and we want you to have the best product possible. We also do not charge orders until they are ready to go into print. Thank you”

Also, as stated on our website and on our emails, we are adding additional production time to all orders due to staffing issues, equipment issues and very high volume of orders.
