"The product was fine, thank you, but I ran into a problem when I learned shipping to FPO/APO/DPO (military/diplomatic) wasn't available, even though they are considered US addresses. Frustrating, okay, but I had it shipped to a friend who then shipped it to me. But I also had a difficult time paying because the system doesn't accept the address of a credit card with an AE/AA/AP state. I had pause the order and call from overseas to give my credit card payment info over the phone. Please make military addresses at least acceptable in your system."

"I've consistently used gotprint/printograph for the past 15 years. They are one of the least expensive and highest quality vendors out there. The printing would be an easy 4 or 5 stars but the customer service is atrocious. I understand they have a ton of customers but I guarantee you Amazon has 100x more, there is no excuse for this subpar service. Especially for longtime customers that spend tens of thousands of dollars a year. And covid only served to magnify their garbage service, now even less people are working so orders can take 2-12 business days plus shipping. We just had an order take over 4 weeks to be delivered, while the maximum advertised turnaround time is within 2 weeks including shipping. They apologize but no comp, no coupons, nothing. Results will vary, good luck."

You would then select "Create an order issue" and complete the requested information. "I ordered cards to take to a conference. I express ordered the cards to get here before I leave. They did not get here before I had to leave. When contacted customer service, they I paid for express shipping but not express printing. I thought that was implied with the extra fee they charged me. I will not be ordering from them anymore. The cards were supposed to be here yesterday and as of right now the status online is "in print". I will not be recommending anyone use them."
