"i ordered a package of 500 cards and it never came in. its been about two weeks now, i filed a complaint and spoke to UPS about it and so far no action has been taken to either refund my money or redirect the package to my address. The cards looked great through the website but its kind of a bummer that this is happening. I don’t know if it’s the company’s fault or UPS, but i atleast want my money back cause this felt like a scam. We also received a 25 dollar credit from gotprint for another order, but we couldn’t use the credit to re order the same cards. I spent $34 for the 500 cards which never came so it doesn’t really make up for it. "I ordered 2 different posters for my mothers 80th birthday event. One was an 24x36 poster board (forgot exact measurements) and the other was just a 16x20 poster.
The 16x20 had y mom’s picture Incorporated in the poster.
Both came out beautifully! Beer professional! Not only that they were the best priced out there. It only cost extra for shipping but if I lived closer to Burbank I could’ve went and picked it up best deal ever. I checked around all other printing shops in my city and nothing compared to what GOTPRINT offered. When my items were delivered they were very well packed I was very impressed on how they care about the quality and the delivery. I will definitely be using them again for any events. "

"They have good prices, decent products, but turnaround times are bad. Then when you call or chat to ask where, why and how, you get short answers like, no, yes, maybe...But never a solid answer. Brenda must be one of the owners, she's rude. She would be one of the only issues they have besides the turnaround times that start long and get way longer and when you ask, you get a Brenda response. Pretty over that BS and being treated like a passenger on a metro bus. Just pay, get in and get out, like it or not. BTW, your color consistency is also way off. From one run to another, the color will shift more than 30% on dark colors. Forget about matching anything at all, won't happen. "

"I have been using Gotprint for many years, but recently when you have a problem with a job they take forever to reply. They printed a job wrong and it was 1 week before they said it was there fault, then it took 1 week for them to respond to my request to start reprint and then I received the job 4 weeks later, so that is 6 weeks for them to correct a problem that should take 2 weeks.
On another order that I recently placed on May 25, 2022, the website says the job will take 3 to 6 business days, it is now June 15th, 2022 and I still do not have the job. I did the live chat on June 13th and they said they will email me an answer on when my job will be shipped, but it is now June 15th and I still have no answer. The worst part is the people on the live chat said the supervisors were notified about the issue and I still get no answer. If this is how they treat a long time customer, I wonder how they are treating new customers"

"I've been using GotPrint for 15 or so years for cards and brochures. Recently I've been having problems with getting approvals. I re-upload files, checking for proper bleeds, etc., and get asked to re-upload them again. I call and say, "just print it", and you do and the results are fine, but it's an extra hassle for me.
This time, the files were approved for print on May 25. I still hadn't heard anything, so I initiated a live chat and was told that they will be printed between June 6-9. That's a TWO WEEK delay. My client is waiting. This is entirely unacceptable."

The production time of 4-7 business days starts from when the order is approved and charged, this order was actually shipped 6/2 and, according to the tracking information from the courier, is due to be delivered 6/6.
