"I was expecting to receive my packages at my residential address. My residential address is listed as my primary shipping address however, my packages were rerouted to a nearby UPS store. I never requested the change of address for delivery, I called UPS customer service and was told that my packages were redirected per request of shipper (Got Print). I had no knowledge of the change. I ultimately received my packages but would like to know why this happen."

The tracking number was provided and the cards arrived right in the middle of the delivery window. 500 business cards, front and back, with a gloss front and a matte back that can be written on, for $21! "Received 1000 full color business cards that were clearly printed off center with a strip of white on the bottom and sides. Gotprint refused to fix the problem and claimed it didn't match the margins but the proof showed no problems. As a graphic artist for decades, I've ordered hundreds of sets of business cards over the years for my clients and myself, including several with Gotprint and never had a problem. The big issue for me is they will send out obviously flawed product as if quality control is non-existent and hide behind the fine print. I can't believe no one checks the product in production and before it ships. Not sure if it's incompetence or just unconcern but it's not the business model that make's me comfortable relying on for my client's jobs and my reputation..."

"I initially bought through Alphagraphics but they were about $80 for 200 Business Cards. Crazy! I went online and searched business cards and Gotprint came up. I checked it out and they were literally a tenth of the cost. So simple to use. I even had made it from scratch, cutting and pasting e-signatures from an email and it turned out perfect! They even have a free kit you can buy so that you can get exactly what you want and see the material before hand. Seriously Fast delivery, it arrived before the date they said and it was before a holiday too. Their customer service was fast, with no wait. Really, check them out people. They are Great!!!!!!"
"Purchased table tents from this business. As a long-time graphic designer, have used their sister business - Printograph - for many years with no issues, but this time, I elected to try GotPrint as they had a better price on this item than Printograph did.
When my table tents arrived, all of them were cut unevenly. Some had a small white border, others had zero border. The item was to have an even white border all the way around. I used their supplied template to ensure I placed my artwork properly, and I have been printing products for my clients for decades, so I am not inexperienced.
In addition to the inconsistent border, the color varied. As these were to be sent to my clients, I wanted them to accurately reflect my design skills. Instead, these looked unprofessional.
I contacted them about the issue and finally received a response, asking for multiple photos of the issue, which I provided. After another several days wait, they responded by saying that the small print somewhere on their website basically says they are not responsible if their cutting systems make a mistake. So what is the point of even having templates? And the color issue was not addressed at all. That is simply very poor quality control.
As I mentioned, I have been printing products for myself and clients for decades. I have never had this issue with any other printer, nor have they tried to get out of it by pointing to some small print on their website.
All they offered was a $20 in-store credit. As I have no intention of using this company again, that is worthless to me. Because I need to mail this product out ASAP, I am going to try to use the product by taking each one of the 100 table tents I ordered and cutting them down with a paper cutter to give them a more consistent look. Of course, I cannot do anything about the color variations. If you care about how professional your printed products look, do not use GotPrint."
