"Thought I matched your template on the webpage but somehow my card was not centered on the final product. I know I am responsible for the final product but was disappointed when I received the cards. I submitted everything between the lines on the template but somehow the final product did not match what I centered on your website. In fact, the preview was perfect but still the product was off. As far as the printing, everything was crisp and clear but just not satisfied with the final product.

"I placed an order on Nov. 20th. On Dec. 4th I contacted them and got a canned response stating "Thank you for your interest in our services. Please be advise that your order might shipped out today, once it ships you will received an email with the tracking number." This response did not give me an apology, a reason, or an ETA. It did give me bad grammar.

The production time for this order, as stated on their website was 4 - 6 business days. Compensating for Thanksgiving, this order took nine days.

On a previous order, they folded a brochure order incorrectly. I had to argue with them via email about this. Most of the responses were canned. They asked for photos and I replied with them. They still argued it was correct. It wasn't until I mailed samples that they believed me and reprinted the order. Still no apology!!! Just a "we'll reprint.""
