"I first became familiar with GotPrint back in 2015 while using them to print brochures, and their products are high-quality. I'm surprised they can even sell their products at such competitive prices because everything looks so professional.
I just experienced how good their service is when UPS lost my package. After contacting GotPrint via their online chat, they promptly took care of the issue and helped me get my order printed again and expedited even though it was not their fault that the package got lost. They literally took care of UPS's problem for them just so I could get my wedding invitations in a timely manner.

"The GotPrint website is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I'm always able to quickly upload my designs and submit them for printing. The turnaround times are fantastic and tracking my order once it ships is also great. The printing quality looks amazing regardless of the chosen cardstock and will give the more expensive printing companies a run for their money."
"This is my second time buying business cards from GotPrint. The cards are very good quality. I designed and printed my own cards. The big thing that makes GotPrint unnecessarily difficult to use is that the PREVIEW mode doesn't display what you will get. This was a problem when they were a small, one-shop company. For example, this last time when I designed my cards and tried to order them the first 3 times, the PREVIEW mode looked to me like the text was pixelated and the graphic image (which I enlarged by dragging the corners) looked fine. But staff at GotPrint does review these images and canceled my order telling me the exact opposite - that the graphic image was pixelated and my text was fine. I changed my graphic to another fun image and I enlarged it similarly and this time the image passed muster, and I got my cards. The cards look great but some printing I wanted centered isn't centered. The PREVIEW probably DID show that error, but when you go back to your saved image, all your text shifts out of the zones and the formatting disappears. So for each attempt to fix things, you have to re-format text every time you make a revision - their software doesn't save the formatting for text, which kind of **** because now you have to pay attention to a lot of things that you've already done and do them over. You can pay them extra to just do it for you, but if you can do it yourself more quickly and don't want to pay extra, why doesn't the software just (1) display what you will actually get in PREVIEW and (2) why doesn't the software save formatting so you don't have to keep reformatting text every time you make an edit? I'll use my cards and like them, but they missed perfection because of GotPrint's sucky online design software for business cards. When I got tech support, the woman who tried to help me wasn't able to send me images; she couldn't cancel an order for me; and she didn't have any valuable suggestions to help me understand how to correct the pixelated image I first sent in. Pretty much, she wasn't able to help at all. She was willing, but again, GotPrint's lousy inability to show me on my computer screen at home (i.e., monitors are all REALLY HIGH RESOLUTION and any decent software would show me what I ACTUALLY am getting instead of "nothing like what you are going to get") what my cards would look like made me take a leap of faith and order when I really didn't know what was going to show up at my office. Shipping was VERY fast. "

"GotPrint has always been reliable with fast shipping. We use their services for an art gallery. We order postcards, banners, etc. The interface for ordering postcards is quick and easy and clear. When ordering the banners, the preview image is blurry, even if I use the template from the website to create my file it never fits perfectly, it usually takes about two hours to order a few banners and a few hundred postcards.
Please make the interface cohesive- it makes everything easier. "
"GotPrint prints our newsletter--printed as a catalog--on high quality paper with beautiful image quality for the best price I have found. Their shipping time is always within, sometimes well within, their published estimate for each job. I am very happy with our working relationship, although we did have to spend some time and effort to meet their submission specifications, and I'm disappointed that we can't design full sheet spreads when it is obvious that they are printed full sheet. We can live with that for GotPrint's quality and price."
"Ordered cards for multiple employees. All were based on the same format and color requirements but they all came back in varying shades of gray (even within the same lot / box) and in several cases, the printing did no extend to the end of the card, leaving an awkward white line on the edge.
Customer service did not bother responding to my email complaints. "

"The most important part is, of course, the excellent quality of the product; in this case it was business cards. Also, ease of transaction was very important. However, I made a mistake in ordering and called customer service. Customer service was excellent in resolving the problem in a very human way.

"Thought I matched your template on the webpage but somehow my card was not centered on the final product. I know I am responsible for the final product but was disappointed when I received the cards. I submitted everything between the lines on the template but somehow the final product did not match what I centered on your website. In fact, the preview was perfect but still the product was off. As far as the printing, everything was crisp and clear but just not satisfied with the final product.
