"My order was timely and the printing decent. But the color of the font was supposed to be black and it isn’t. I ordered 500 and won’t order more for a year so this is a bummer. They are a little hard to read. They also don’t have linen card stock. That’s a bummer too. So much nicer than regular card stock. "
"We signed up with GotPrint in December 2018. We have had very good luck overall with out orders. However, we recently had an order **** for over a week because someone flagged our design for being .1 outside the bleed area. This usually wouldn't be a big surprise. However, we have been running this business card template since December without a problem and have placed over 5 different orders using the same file.
If fairness to them, their system did send us an alert to let us know the order was delayed. However, this email went unnoticed for 6 days and now I have two company reps that have run out of cards due to the delay in processing the order. I feel as though someone from gotprint could have called us to let us know there was a problem with out order. Bet they would have called if we owed them money on a bill.
In any case, we are still happy with the quality of the product but are going to shop around for another vendor based on the last experience. I called support to see if they could or would be willing to help me expedited shipping considering the circumstances. They refused to help or acknowledge any responsibility for the order delay. the only way I could get the cards any faster was to pay an addition 25% (@$65.00 us)on my order for expedited shipping and production. Like I said, we will now be shopping for a more customer friendly service after this interaction with support. You would think they would have helped me a little bit based on my order history. But they didnt....

"GotPrint turnaround time was met and product shipped instantly. However, the postal career, the UPS, has not been efficient in its delivery. They just keep items for no reason and has not been meeting their service times. I suggest GotPrint change UPS before they loose customers."

"They charge so much for shipping. I believe they tried to charge me twice for shipping so I decided to just pick it up. Although the price they lured me in which was $8.75, doubled by the time I paid the total price."

Upon reviewing your order, I can see that the reason the cards are more then you thought is that you chose a different card stock to the one that we have a special for, which is 500 one sided cards on our 14pt card stock for $8.50 plus shipping. "The glossy finish business card (designed and uploaded by me) is beautiful and was delivered in a reasonable time period. The matte finish business card shows press marks and took twice as long to receive. I'm not at all pleased with them."

I am sorry that you are not happy with the matte cards. When we print, we normally do some test runs and we add those to your order as extra cards, these are called make readies. Please check through your cards and if you see the press marks on more then a few of the cards, please submit an order issue by going to "My Account" then "My Orders" and clicking on the order number. As for the time to receive the cards, both sets on your order were due to ship 3/21, one shipped 3/19 from our Texas facility and the other 3/20 from our California facility. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service department.
