"Many years ago, as I would visit business, I would occasionally see a small poster in some back room (usually where customers never were invited) that would show three intersecting circles labeled Price, Quality and Quick Delivery. Below the three circles it read, "Pick Any Two." However, my experience with grillpartssearch.com was absolutely where all three circles did converge and I didn't have to lower my expectations to 'pick any two'. I ordered three new stainless steel burners for my very old grill (everyone else was selling mild steel burners) for a price that was the best. They arrived within a week. Good job, guys! When you placed your order for (2) BMHP9 heat plates, we only had one left on the shelf so we had to order more from our supplier. When that order came in, your part was not with it. We were notified the item was backordered until early-mid May. We sent you a couple emails to let you know about the delay and expected date. We received the parts and shipped to you May 7th and they were delivered on the 9th. We know how frustrating it is when there are unexpected delays getting parts. Sometimes we don't know about these delays until we order the parts and they don't come in. When this happens we do our best to keep customers informed.
