"Many years ago, as I would visit business, I would occasionally see a small poster in some back room (usually where customers never were invited) that would show three intersecting circles labeled Price, Quality and Quick Delivery. Below the three circles it read, "Pick Any Two." However, my experience with grillpartssearch.com was absolutely where all three circles did converge and I didn't have to lower my expectations to 'pick any two'. We do list parts, even when they are out of stock, so our customers can find and order the correct part for their grill, even if it isn't sitting on our shelves. "I was very disappointed with the online purchasing experience, i was looking for burners for my bbq the first order i thought was the right one but when it arrive it wasn't. It was expensive to return, on top of that i got charge for the original shipping charge.The Second order was for a different bbq because they could find the burners for my first choice.I called and spoke to a man and I asked if there was anyway to get a 360 view of the burner he no but asked for the dimensions so i gave it to him, he found some that where pretty close so i said ship them,when they arrived they were the wrong ones. The third time i called I spoke to a very nice lady her name was Ellen, I found out It'all about speaking to the right person, i explain my frustrated situation she ask for the model number could not find it then ask for the dimensions she found one that was pretty close, then she said if i wanted i could buy just one that way if it was wrong it would not cost me so much to return. I really appreciated that offer cuz by this time this i had paid already for a set of four burners in shipping fees and nothing to show for except frustration.
