“Dear Sir,

You placed your order at 2:44 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 3rd. You paid for RUSH Processing so we packed and labeled your shipment the same day. However, our USPS pickup is at noon so this order was picked up on Wednesday. We could have sent it out the same day with UPS, but since you are in Oregon and we are in Georgia, UPS would have taken longer to get it to you. Your order was delivered on Monday, March 9th, 4 business days from when you placed your order, definitely not more than a week. In addition, our shipping policy page clearly states "FOR RUSH PROCESSING PLEASE CALL 877-244-0737 TO GUARANTEE NOTIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY. " I'm guessing you wanted the parts by the weekend. If you had called us to communicate this to us we could have figured out the best way to get them to you by then, but you just chose "Free U.S. Shipping" and checked out. We got your order to you as soon as possible with the information we had. We try to make our website very clear to our customers to avoid these situations. Nevertheless, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations and hope you will give us another chance in the future. Thank you.”

"I needed to replace the badly damaged burner in my Charmglow Gas Grill, and when I went online to find a company who has the new parts I needed, I selected GrillPartsSearch.com. I called them on their toll-free number, and Helen was so very coutious and helped me find the items I needed. When my order arrived, I saw that I had ordered the wrong burner.
