"I called up desperate after three weeks and going back and forth between Profire / New Phoenix Grill Manufacturer and AllPartsGrills.com. No Help, could care less attitude from both. I will not buy from either for the rest of my life. I needed a LP Valve for my Phoenix Grill that was made by a company that went bankrupt in 2007. The New Phoenix Grills are 1K. So just to fix this valve was important to me.

This nice lady answered the phone and badabing-badaboom she is sending me what looks like by the picture the perfect replacement part. Very nice, took her time, reassured me. So Allpartsgrills.com was deleted from my Address book and GrillPartsSearch.com has taken their place. Thank you all.

"I would not hesitate to recommend GrillPartsSearch.com! Not only were the prices some of the best I could find, and the shipping very timely, but the customer service is top notch! There was an error in part numbers, and Will was excellent at communicating the error (which was caught and rectified before the parts arrived at my door). Overall the communication and customer service are phenomenal! Which is nice to find, and seems especially rare in the online retailers. I have already recommended them to friends and would not hesitate to purchase from them again."

"I contacted GrillPartsSearch.com the Monday prior to Easter. I had a barbecue that was in need of new burners, and as I hadn't used it for quite some, and I had planned a large Easter family gathering, I wanted to get my parts quickly. Their staff was friendly and even provided two-day shipping free of charge.

I was excited when I got my package Thursday afternoon, but that soon turned to disappointment as they had shipped the wrong burners. And, since I'm in California, and they're in Georgia, I couldn't reach them until Friday. Which meant getting parts over-nighted prior to Sunday would be difficult at best, and likely expensive at worst. I left them a voicemail to call me first thing in the morning.

Their General Manager, Will, did call, apologized and said he would do anything "humanly possible" to get me those burners, even though that would run on the north side of $100 even for a small package. Alas, no one - not UPS, not USPS, not even Fedex - could or would do an overnight for the Saturday before Easter from Georgia to California. Will then tried to get a competitor of theirs located in San Diego to ship them to us but, again, no overnight was available.

Now, on that particular Thursday my daughter was flying home from an extended vacation in South America and, as I realized looking at her flight schedule, would be landing in Atlanta prior to switching planes and heading home. I called up Will and he confirmed that he could meet her at the airport and give her a box to check for the flight home. I gave him her cell, and her his cell......he drove like a bat out of hades to make it to her before her connection....and we had a great Easter holiday.

I've been in business for 32 years. I run a whitewater rafting company, and I know that no matter how good a job we do in preparation mistakes can, and will, happen. My dad told me decades ago that the mark of a good company wasn't that they didn't make errors, but how they resolved them. Will, and his employees, are one class act. He literally went the extra mile (well....miles) to resolve this one hiccup. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

"Customer service is king to me and the people at Grill Parts Search are amazing at it. The GM personally got on the phone to talk with me. I have an older grill and Will went out of his way to help me get the parts I need. I am blown away by this company. And the prices are great as well.

Oh - I'm kinda technically challenged. Will told me to call him and he'd talk me through putting the new knobs on my grill. Fantastic customer service!

How impressed am I? I host a nationally syndicated radio show and Will is going to be a guest on www.latenighthealth.com in the next few weeks. Topic is healthy grilling beats eating at McDs!

"I needed a replacement heat plate for my Fiesta gas barbeque and began looking on the Web. I looked at a few sites but none had this item at the price at which was available at GrillPartsSearch.com. The person who assisted me when I called was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I received an expected delivery date that was beaten by 4 business days when it arrived early. Shipping costs were very reasonable and I will use this firm the next time I need replacement parts for my grill. The entire transaction could not have gone any better!"
