"Groupon told me that the business has closed and that they would issue a trade in, but no trade in button was found because I had printed the vouchers. I had an emergency so I couldn't use it the time I planned, Pavithra was very understanding and said she would issue the button to use I still could not find it, so I elected to take the Groupon Bucks because I often order from Groupon and within an hour it was all taken care of.

"I e-mailed groupon regarding what I felt was a technical issue and the response did not answer the question, so I replied back to them with the same technical question and still received an answer that was not about my question. The staff at groupon must not read very well to decipher what was actually being asked. The answers were a little degrading especially if they didn't answer the real question twice."

"First time contacting customer service because the business I bought a GroupOn for was temporarily closed (for 8 months). Received a standard email at first, received a response from a rep. within 24hrs. They investigated the situation same day, found that the business was indeed closed and wrote that a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Then I received an email from Paypal stating that the refund processed.
I use GroupOn to save money whenever possible but knowing that they offer such great customer service if I ever run into an problem again is good peace of mind."

"I contacted Groupon Customer Service to let them know I just realized I could not use a coupon I purchased. It was after the 3 day refund policy, however I had just learned that I couldn't use it by the due date. The best they could do was to give me a credit towards my next Groupon Purchase. I would have preferred a refund since it was just charged to my credit card statement. I would like them to revise their policy to make certain exceptions.
Otherwise, I am satisfied with the purchases I have made.
