"First, Groupon offers great deals that allow me to try things I would not have tried at full price. Second, their fine prints are clear and the company respects them; I had a coupon for a chiropractic service the provider deemed I did not qualify, so Groupon promptly refunded me the full amount of my coupon. 3rd, on the only two occasions I let my coupons expire, Groupon has graciously offered a 3 week extension without me asking. I recommend Groupon to anyone I talk to, and highly recommend it to you!"

I live in California and I am not driving 2800 miles to get an oil change.
I sent 2 emails to Groupon explaining what happened.
The last reply said I could call the Jiffy Lube merchant in Ohio. ???????????????????????????????????

"I use Groupon a lot and never have problems. I got my mother a massage Groupon this past Christmas and she forgot about it till it was days from expiration I told her to call and see if she could squeeze in or they could call her if they have a cancellation but the business was giving her a hard time about using it! When it wasn’t even expired yet!! I contacted Groupon to get the credit I spent for something else but Groupon extended the expiration for a month to December 31st since that was the businesses problem, it would be expired by the time they could get her in. So she called back to make the appt, they booked her for yesterday at 6 then the same day cancelled her appt and called her to tell her they will not take her Groupon no matter what! And the next step would be the money I spent would go towards the price of the normal massage which I would have done for her and paid the difference but the business told my mother they didn’t want her business! All because my mother kept her mouth shut and hung up on them when they were the rude ones who wouldn’t work with her! She said she rather of hung up than say something she’d regret. So for them to email her a very rude email saying she wasn’t allowed there was ridiculous!!! All she did was hang up angrily when they were the rude ones. We tip amazingly so that’s their bad. I contacted Groupon about her hard time with the business and they traded it in for credit where I just got her a new massage through a different business and she had an amazing experience. Thank you Groupon for helping us out!"

I send several emails to them and ask an answer - you have to wait, we need to talk with supervisor and so on. Afetr another email they told me "account is closed and This decision cannot be appealed." I am OK with that, but where is my money. For such a question asked several times they send me an email -" We’re so glad we could resolve your issue today!"
