"I was shopping on Groupon and purchased an item pretty late at night. The next day I woke up to a notification from Groupon saying the item I just bought was $15 cheaper. I was extremely disappointed so I emailed Groupon to tell them. They replied fairly quick and fixed my problem for me! They were extremely friendly and very helpful! Anytime I have a problem or questions with anything a nice associate is always available to help me! I appreciate Groupon so much due to how appreciative they are of their customers! "Looking for personalized Christmas stockings and saw some on a Groupon deal. Realized I'd purchased by mistake and contacted "live chat" thinking that was the best way to cancel. I got a "thank you" for purchasing an electic toothbrush, but nothing about the stocking so I thought the cancellation was completed. Then I got a bill for those stockings. Went back to "live chat" and basically told, "So sad, too bad." Big mistake to go through Groupon. I'll stick with Amazon which is a thousand times larger and yet they have "live" people you can talk to and know for sure whether your order has been cancelled."

Groupon customer service is always helpful. presently I bought two jacket one for me and one for my Mom jacket was great only when I had to go out I wore that jacket and it start scratching my skin under the chin. so I went on my Groupon so I can return it but I didn't see an option so I contacted Groupon and they accepted the return. "I wanted to take advantage of a getaway. It said dates were available, but nothing I searched came up. So after a couple days of trying I sent a message. They got back to me within a day which was good, but the excuse was that there is a slight delay when groupons expire before they are updated. It was at least 4 days just from me trying. I think they leave up expired groupons advertising better pricing then other websites to get the traffic and hope you search for another deal instead. "
"I was having trouble ordering something and I ordered it wrong so I got the confirmation email and it said you have 2 hours to cancel or edit your order well I cancelled my ordered and reordered it. Well apparently after it wouldn't come out of my account the first time they said they can not cancel orders even if they give you that option and now I will be out my money and stuck with two of the same item. Will not be a customer here again. "

"Worst experience of my life. Had problems with every part of ordering. I texted 3/4 times with no resolution. The agents replied with the same directions that were on the web page, I kept telling them that they didn't work. It's so funny (ha, ha) I kept getting disconnected and had to start over,
