Best customer service!

"I ordered a pet bed, and while checking the tracking information, realized that I had an old address marked on the order. I reached out to Aileen in customer support to see what I could do about it. She gave me the tracking information, and told me to contact Fed Ex, and the post office. I called both places, and they said that since it had been delivered, neither of them could do anything about it. I sent a follow up to Aileen, who said that they could issue me a refund. I was so blown away by the customer service and kindness. I love Groupon!!"

"Made a purchase for a flight company. The company made flight times impossible without an unreasonable up charge to fly at a time when convenient for working people. Groupon understood and credited the purchase to be used for another time for other purchases. TY GROUPON "

Disappointing

"Was looking for concert tickets but couldn’t buy 2. Met a very helpful representative who guaranteed she would escalate it so we would be able to buy 2 tickets. Then 2 days later the deal was sold out, she responded by saying it was sold out before we asked. Then why lie and guarantee us tickets in the first place? Unbelievable."

SHADY & UNTRUSTWORTHY

"Will charge you extra on top of what you already paid just to set appointments, will not honour refunds on invalid groupons, gives wrong numbers for businesses. Overall just horrible business and shady business practices. They’re after nothing but you’re money and will do anything to get it, zero customer loyalty "

Great experience

"I had purchased two groupons for a restaurant where we went for our family vacation this summer. The website and reviews looked great . Well when we got there ..... we where shocked . They had an adult comedian there at 4:30 pm dropping the “f” bomb and talking about female **** . So needless to say we didn’t use the groupons but I was able to trade them in for a restaurant near us . Thanks so much for your great customer service "

Chatting about an expired coupon.

"Will try to keep this short. the main item to stress is how much I appreciated the help that I received yesterday, 11/12/2017 concerning a question I had about returning a groupon purchase as well as finding out what to do with an expired groupon. The person I worked with was fantastic. She took care of the return I had requested. She understood my reason why and then proceeded to make the return possible. I then asked her about another issue which was about doing something with the expired coupon I have from last spring. Never got around to applying it so asked her How I could redeem it. Was given a couple options which were totally fair to me as the customer. I will make those changes when time permits.
Truly enjoy working with Groupon for I have always been very satisfied with whatever I have purchased. Quality is as advertised and have always received my products in a timely manner. Great company with great people. Thanks.

"I screwed up and accidently marked a coupon as used, making it null and void. I contacted customer service and was helped by a guy named Lucas. He reissued my coupon, making it usable again. Thank you Lucas, I appreciate the prompt help and reply. You are the best."

More than fair when things do go wrong

"I have had several good experiences with Groupon and, just recently, a couple of bad experiences, both involving home cleaning. In both instances, Groupon refunded my money and even recommended a couple of ways to complain about one seller in particular. I used ripoffreport.com. I will continue to use Groupon--in fact, I have a voucher for a massage waiting redemption-- but not for house cleaning services because of the cleaning services themselves, not because of Groupon. "
