"I have to agree tieh other reviews, they can be hard to get ahold of, but they did respond within the 24 hours, after I sent a question on my purchase. I also went on line and did a "live chat" with a Groupon Rep and they were very friendly, businesslike and fixed my issue.

"If you are considering purchasing from Groupon, I do not suggest unless you like to get ripped off and enjoy not having customer service. I have tried to contact them the way they wish... absolutely useless. During my live chat the representative was unhelpful. Groupon does not have a customer service line and because of this they abused their customers. I wish I could say that I have gotten hung up on!! Rather, I have "chat specialist" that continuously disconnect themselves for every issue they don't want to deal with. Groupon, I am disappointed in both your customer service and professionalism.

You WILL receive this message if you don't come in contact with the right person & sadly your chances are rare. "
