Duplication of product purchase

"I accidently purchased the same product on another website so needed to get a refund from Groupon. I received a response email (the next morning) telling me I could trade it in if I purchased another Groupon within 24 hours. I apparently didn't follow the directions to complete this process and the new Groupon I purchased didn't have the funds applied (my fault after going back and reading again). The Groupon rep kindly helped me get the credit anyway. I'm a very satisfied customer."

Amazing customer service!

"Every time I have an issue, the staff at Groupon goes above and beyond to help resolve it. Honestly, most of the time my issues were caused by an error on my part, but still, the staff at Groupon is always more then willing to help me. I am a loyal fan of Groupon!!"

Horrible

"This was an awful experience. I had to wait over 24 hours for a response back on every occasion which prolonged my issue for almost 2 weeks with NO resolution. I was basically told they could not assist me with a refund on an honest mistake that was easily seen by Groupon. "

trying to get refund from GROUPON

"I made a purchase, and did not think it went through so immediately repurchased the same escape room within minutes. Then when I was looking at my online banking, apparently both went through. So, I contacted groupon and they said they cannot refund. It has to be within 3 days. I emailed them within a week. Think this is very unfair. It would have been different if it was not a dual charge for same purchase. But, they can clearly see by my purchase times, it was put through twice.

Just received an email from them that they are glad they resolved my issue..I'm like what..they have not resolved my issue at all. So, now I have two exact purchases for an xcapade room. Terrible, and unreasonable solution to my issue.

"I had to reach out via email and then Facebook chat. It took over two hours of chatting with a representative. The process was inefficient and unpleasant as I just wanted to speak over the phone with someone."

Always good customer service

"I purchased a Living Social coupon for $15 worth of food from Pei Wei. When I went to pay, the voucher only took off $6. Pei Wei solution was to give me a food item off the bill. However, it did not total the $15 credit I should have gotten. The cashier had no other solutions. I contacted Living Social, which apparently is owned by Groupon, and they credited me the difference on my account. Thank you Living Social/Groupon"

Great customer service

"I have holiday photos taken at J.C. Penney every year and I found a groupon for whatnot I wanted. I added the groupon and paid for it, hassle free, but realized afterwards I forgot to add the coupon code. I added he couponncode after cancelling original order but had to cancel both orders cause I couldn’t tell which one was which! Starting fresh on the third order I did everythig correctly, but groupon told me the coupon code could only be used once... so frustrating! I chatted with their customer service rep and he fixed my problem instantly. Super nice and quick fix! Will recommend!!"

"I've tried too express my dissatisfaction and no one would try too understand what I'm going through I've had so many problems with your service the retailers don't answer their phones or they don't call you back too make appointments I will not be using Groupon in the future "

Not perfect but they fix the concerns

"First I've used groupon a few times. I travel quite a bit and have always been happy with the coupons and deals. My most recent use I ordered a getaway weekend. I had to cancel and Groupon refunded me with Groupon Bucks. I sent an email and mentioned that the cancellation policy never mentioned getting Groupon Bucks and they refunded my credit card(or will in about 10 business days). Hey, not perfect but they fixed the problem."
