"It took discussing my issue with 6 different chat operators to finally get my tickets purchased but none of them could tell me why my card, which I’ve used successfully in the past, would not work. They would tell me that they’d successfully purchased the tickets for me only for me to receive an email stating that THEIR purchase had NOT gone through either. One operator was successful at buying my tickets but bought only 1 junior instead of 4 adults!! I had to then cancel that order. When I would ask a question like “why isn’t my card working?” they’d not respond to my question or quickly end the chat. Just **** it was over. I asked all of the operators who I could chat with or call about my ongoing problem and only the last one told me how to request a call back. The others would simply not respond to my question. So my experience with Groupon’s not-so- helpful chat line was very frustrating and it’s probably time for me to start using other discount websites because there are plenty out there!! And I still don’t know why my card is not working!!!

"I bought Groupon coupon for car detailing. I received a message from Groupon that they had to cancel this deal. That's OK, things happen. They asked me to contact them through on line help option, so I replied and I requested refund.
I received email from them that my Trade In request has been approved?????? I am not interested with any other Trade In or deal from Groupon any more, as I will never use this service again. I have never requested any Trade IN deal. I requested refund. After this email about Trade In I have never heard from them anymore. Therefore I feel that they have just stolen my money.
I just want to warn everybody; most likely, if merchant doesn't screw up you might be OK, otherwise be prepared to get offer you are not interested, and in any cane no refund.
