Reached out numerous times and each time I received the same standard message about a trade-in option to extend the deadline... Extending the expiration date will not help out all when getting an appointment has been the issue the entire time. wtf. More so, this was my last "interaction" with Groupon:

"I ordered several pieces of clothing on August 4th 2017 and Each item said they are delivered between 5-10 days and that was a LIE! My husband and I were leaving for vacation on the 18th and I have yet to receive one of my items (28days later).
I have reached out To Groupons customer service and they explained that they are NOT able to do anything because the purchases were through a third party; Needless to say I am out of a dress, another dress was sent to me missing pieces among other defects of the items I purchased.
I have bought other items that weren't clothing and they were okay; but NEVER again will I purchase clothing from them. It's just sad to know and see that Rather than Groupon just handle the scenario, they would prefer that I get tossed back and forth between merchants. "

I then contacted Groupon, because the spa had closed and they reimbursed me in Groupon bucks within 2 days of inquiring about the order. They were very friendly and accommodating. Although we will be using the facility for the majority of the days we are gone, the day we would actually check out, our Groupon's would already be expired, when presented for payment.
