You make a big deal about this and state right on your web page, "Did you forget to use this? Don't worry, the amount paid never expires!" But if you can't deliver on this promise you are lying and misleading your customers. When I pushed back the rep offered me a $5 credit ("for my trouble") when I paid $10. Don't buy a Groupon unless you're SURE you're going to use it. Merchants don't like to honor their guarantee."
"I ordered two tickets for The Gray Line hop-on hop-off tour in New York City for Saturday July 27th 2018 I paid for the Groupon for the two tickets I got the receipt for the tickets but I could not open the voucher I contacted Groupons customer service chat spoke with seeralan k, vikas bodraans seelan who all three stated they could not help me they tried sending me links to access the voucher but their links would not work I explain this to them ask them to just send me a copy of the voucher so that I could access my tickets by the time they resolve my issue it was after 6 p.m. and my tickets were expired they would not credit me or issue a new tickets because my tickets were only good until 6 p.m. and they were non-refundable I did not get the service I paid for due to the fact that I did not get the link to my phone when I try to access the voucher all I saw was a blank screen by the time someone did send me a link that I could actually open it was 7 p.m. actually 7:30 p.m. my tickets were already expired I am seriously considering never using Groupon again because of this"
