"...I am very disappointed so far!!

I have not yet received my small safe yet and have already been charged for an item I have not received! Several emails to customer service...very apologetic...it is Xmas time and very backed up in shipping???

I will wait another week but will most likely cancel order and have to ask for a refund...bummer...more stuff to do!! This was suppose to be a xmas gift for a family member.

Now that I have it then i can see that there are only 5. I would rather the 7 bolts in it but I'm not going to return the safe over it. It would have been nice if the specs of it said that it would only be 5 bolts or if it did actually have the 7. Other than that then everything was good."

"I was a bit dubious about the claims of Gunsafes.com being able to ship safes without trouble. I had previously had two bad experiences with shipping in gun safes. Neither of them ever made it off of the delivery truck as they were scratched up so badly that I had to refuse them. The drivers agreed with me on both occasions. It was a very pleasant change to see how this safe was boxed up and protected. Not a scratch on it anywhere. It was also shipped out very promptly and arrived on time.
