"The online ordering went very well and customer service answered my questions. They recommended I upgrade shipping as curbside service was insufficient. I was disappointed with the delivery service as initially I received an email stating the safe was shipped so I attempted to find out delivery which ended up being two weeks from when I received the email that item is being shipped. The safe was being shipped to my son so I had the delivery company contact him. He was told that the safe was shipped to a warehouse in Poca, wv which is about 40 min from where it needed to be delivered. He was told that he was the first delivery and that they should be there between 10am and 1pm which makes no sense if your the first stop. He left work and was hoping to return at noon since he was the first stop but delivery never arrived until 2pm!! The delivery person said something about wrong address and he went to Ohio. Because of such a late delivery my son had to take the day off work! It seems since I paid an extra $190 that there should be better customer service. If it had been delivered an hour later he wouldn't have missed work or even if they would call 30 min before arrival he could have met them at the house. With cell phone communication there should be a much more efficient way to deliver goods. "

"gunsafes.com did a great job and I have no complaints about them. I bought a Steel water safe and overall it is fine but it appears to be thrown together ? There is one exterior issue on one of the welded joints on the top left side of the safe and the interior rails which hold the shelves were not installed evenly so the shelves sit unevenly. it was very noticeable the first time I opened the door, not sure why they would send out a product with a problem this noticeable."
