"i love my safe! It was packaged perfectly. There is a large scrape on the front bottom, and a chip of paint on the top left side, but they aren't very noticeable. The safe shipped in the time frame stated. I was however very disappointed with the shipping company in charge of getting my safe from the distribution center to my house. Vitran was the shipping company, and I had to call them to see when they would be getting it to my house. I was postponed three times. They claimed that all four of their lift gate trucks were broken. I must say though that the man that did the actual delivering went above and beyond the call of duty, and helped me get the safe into my house. 520 pounds sounded lighter than it was!
As far as GunSafes goes....job well done, and I look forward to doing business in the future.
