"My safe arrived in about 2 weeks & I was given updates via email throughout the process on my delivery. Driver was very helpful & helped me bring safe into my garage with a pallet jack. Safe only had small scratches near bottom by pallet. Bolted it down & set it up with plenty of room for my guns & other items. Good quality safe, very heavy duty. Lower shelves were easily moved around to my needs. Shelves supported weight of 2 full ammo boxes each. Hinge caps are plastic, which was a bit disappointing."
