"My experience with Gunsafes.com was great. The customer service was outstanding and their customer service staff should be commended. The problem that I had was with the shipping service that they use. I was sent a tracking email which I followed and when it arrived at my local terminal on a Friday I called to make arrangements for delivery and was told that someone would call me on Monday to schedule a delivery time. I received no call on Monday so I called them and was told that it wasn't on the shipment trailer and they didn't know where it was. I received a call on Tuesday telling me that it would be delivered on Wednesday and I would be called to set up a delivery time. I received a call at 5:00 from the driver who told me that he was just around the corner from my house. I didn't receive any prior call to set up a delivery time and had to rush home from work to meet him. So much for appointments. The safe arrived in an obviously damaged state. The packing was shredded and you could tell immediately that there was going to be damage. It appears that the safe had been dropped, there was severe damage, large scrapes and dents and the door was shifted and could barely open. Anyone loading the safe should have easily seen the damage and not wasted my time and theirs delivering it. It took another week to get another safe to me. My experience with Gunsafes.com is 5 stars, the delivery service gets 0 stars. They should find another carrier that takes pride in their work as it reflects on them."
