"I purchased a new refrigerator from h.h. Gregg last month. I found a great unit at the store for a seemingly great price, but if cider to compare prices at Best Buy. They had the same until for $500 more! After investigating with the sales rep, we found that HH Gregg had mislabeled their display unit with the wrong price. I would have bought from Best Buy then and there, but the unit I wanted was on back order, and I couldn't wait because my fridge died.
Back to HH. After discussing the issue with the salesman, he assured me there was nothing they could do about it, no price break, no free shipping, nothing except the $100 promo card they were already giving away. He wouldn't even speak with his manager because he just knew what his manager would say and didn't want to get yelled at. Yes, there were lots of red flags, but we needed a fridge. So, I purchased the less expensive fridge (ultimately what we wanted in the first place) and a water filter that "doesn't come with the fridge". I've got news for you: a filter is included. No big deal since we'll need a replacement eventually, but it was a total lie.
Anyway, delivery guys came (early, no less!) and were great. No complaints there.
On to using my $100 reward card. I walked into the same hh Gregg store ready to buy a new soundbar for my TV. I spent 30 minutes in the store and not once did a single person ever ask if I need assistance. The store was not very busy that day, so I was surprised by the lack of customer focus. Compared to the activity at Best Buy on the same day, the store was relatively dead. I waited in line at customer service, but when one of the reps finished with a customer, the just walked away. When I asked someone for help, I was told "I have other customers I'm helping. I'll get to you when I can." That help never came, so I left the store and went home to order online. That is the last order I will ever place with HH Gregg. Thankfully it shipped quickly and arrived early, but I guess UPS played a bigger role in that than hh Gregg. "
"At the time of this review, I would say that the service is pretty good. The one thing that prevents this service from receiving five stars was that after the transaction was processed, a hold was placed on my account by HH Gregg according to Synchrony Bank. This hold was in the total amount of the purchase. This caused my account to go over its credit limit, and required phone calls to both Synchrony and HH Gregg to get this cleared up."

"I ordered a washer and dryer online. I was able to ask a few questions with the online customer service rep., which helped me make my decision. I scheduled my delivery online. The delivery drives called about an hour prior to delivery. They were on time and professional. They came into my home, unhooked my old set, took it out, brought my new set in, set it up and gave me a short demonstration. In and out of my home in 20 minutes. Completely satisfied! "

"Got email Tuesday saying they would be here the next day between 9:15 and 12:15..Gave all my old furniture away Tuesday night where everything was out of living room for my new living room set. Called my boss and told them I need next day off . "The washing machine that I ordered online was delivered and installed late Sunday afternoon, but after one use it was evident that it needed to be leveled because the spin cycle created intense vibration and movement across the floor. Since customer service is not available Sunday evening, I called first thing Monday morning (8:00 am) and was told the first available time for someone to come would be Tuesday. Tuesday morning I called to see what time window to expect the person and was transferred to the "delivery" department to be told that no one will come until Thursday. This was not acceptable to me, but it didn't matter. I called back after a while, got a new customer service person, who contacted a service truck in my area and within 15 minutes they came and leveled the machine. It has less vibration, but still is not what I had hoped and expected from an expensive new washing machine from hhgregg."
