"I had to call MULTIPLE TIMES to get information on this delivery. UPS is mostly to blame but the communication should have been better between both parties. The destination address took FOREVER to get correcting causing my package to arrive over a week late. "

The next day I received an email from h.h.gregg that my purchase did not go through and that I need to call 1-***-***-****
I called this number and it's an advertising company to sell you vacation products and other scams, after further investigation I was told by HH Gregg customer service that my order did not go through because the vendor supplying The monitor had change their price and so they canceled my order....as like its my fault.
It Took 2enails, 4 calls and five days to get my money back and another week to get the gift card amount back.
What do you think???

Only disappointment was the delivery charge was going to be 129.99 which would be 18% of the total purchase. So I picked it up myself. I can't see why appliances travel free and furniture does not."

"Time frame for delivery was between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and was 12th delivery of the day. 4 p.m. no delivery, no call, and truck was only at stop #9. Called, "Oh yeah, he should be there in about another hour and a half." 7 p.m., no delivery, no call, and truck was on stop #10. Called, "Oh, he had trouble with a refrigerator, sorry." Did not get delivery that night!
Why would you schedule 12 deliveries in one day? Why would you not proactively call your stops when you are running so far behind? Customer service is not their priority but your money sure is."
