"The only truly objectionable part of the sale was that I was instructed by an unidentified voice to call an unidentified number to complete my internet transaction. There, I had to listen to six, thirty-second commercials for completely unrelated products and services, from Carribean vacations to spot removers, and press # each time to move on to the next. I finally hung up and redialed the number that called me, and after a normal hold experience, got my products finalized."

We ordered it for pick-up at the store and it arrived within the time frame stated, no issues picking it up at store. However, when my husband went to set it up, there was a section of the screen (about a foot wide) that was blue. I know sometimes when screens are damaged you might see a single blue vertical line, but this took up at least 1/3 of the screen. While I'm not a techie person, my husband is, and he could not get this blue vertical section removed. Sad to say, but we had to return it to store and when we tried to exchange they did not have another one in stock. We found another TV at a different store (not h.h. gregg) within the week. Wish they had done more to keep our business. "

I really appreciated Joseph Williams Cashier # 5K23 working out all the details to have delivery & set up in NMB for single delivery. We did have to wait for some time, all salesman tied up. Almost gave up & left, but unable to order online, much more convenient!

"Since November 2015 I have purchased 4 items(washer, dryer, refrigertor,(which was one purchase), then in January a laptop.
Washer was installed incorrected causing a flood in my house, the dryer had to be replaced as well as the regrigertor, because of damage. Ordered the laptop to be picked up in the store, which they said was available for next day pick-up. Waited two days didn't get the email confirmation called the store they did not have it in stock. Had to wait another 5 days for one to be shipped to me.
While I am very pleased with all the products in the end, it's just not worth the hassle of trying to deal with all the automated phone calls you have to make to get things
right. Next time I will just go to a store that has better customer service. I will say that when I finally did reach a "Human" on the phone everyone was very nice, as well as all the delivery men, getting them finally to your home with everything installed correctly and not damaged was not so nice. Sorry H.H. Gregg my nerves won't stand another chance.
