"I purchased a new Dishwasher and a 4 Door Refrigerator! It was damaged by the delivery people and they compensated me for the damage I saw ! I agreed it was fine! I am 68 and do not see great and my grandson saw much more damage down low on the bottom drawer! I notified HH Gregg and they told me after 30 days I was screwed! I guess they are right! I have purchased Furniture, small Fridge , Microwave, Double Oven stove and 3 Blue ray players! More I think but cant remember! So I have purchased my last item from HH GREGG!"
"I order a all in one computer and a laptop. I paid for express shipping and they were to be delivered on the 12th. I received confirmation on the all in one and was notified that it had been shipped. I was given a tracking number ...... it stated that it would be delivered on the 13th by the end of that day. On the night of the 13th I opened the door and it was sitting on my porch. I called about the laptop where I was told it was on back order, they did not even know if I would have it within a week ..... but when they got it, it would still be shipped express. By this time the express shipping is not relevant. It is well over the 2 days. I never received any notice to the laptop being shipped or tracking number. Lo and behold on the morning of the 20th. appx. 7:30 am in the frigid temperatures I open my front door and to my surprise there sat my laptop. I was not aware that they made deliveries in the middle of the night ???? So spending the extra money for express shipping is a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service aspect of it was basically non-existent. I will never order from HHGREGG online again and will advise everyone not to."

"I purchased an oven and received a $100 gift card. I tried to use that gift card on a $99 item. On checkout I needed to provide payment to cover the ~6 in taxes so I used my HHGreg credit card. The transaction failed but gave no reason why so I tried again with PayPal and another card. All of those payment methods failed as well AND set my gift card to a zero balance. I called customer service and they put set my gift card back to $100 (it appeared they were already aware of the zero balance problem) but offered no explanation on why my HHGreg card was declining, as well as the rest of my cards. The CS rep didn't know why and offered no help on how to solve the issue. When I pressed the CS for more help she said "talk to the bank, we don't service the cards". The tone was rude, impatient and not helpful. "
