Bad customer service & Bad return policy

"Don't buy from these guys. They rip you off with their return policy, or shall I say no return policy. I ordered a ostomy/hernia Support belt. It took over 2 weeks to get it. in the mean time I keep on looking for Support belts. I found the excite same belt though another vendor at a much lower price. HPFY price was $70 and the other site was $19 ( for the same product from the same manufacture. i tried cancelling the order from HPFY and had no luck. it arrived on 3/9/24 and I immediately started a return request. I received an email today letting me know that there is a no return for this product. Even if I could return it HPFY would hit me with a 20% return fee. this is a rip off company and their prices are much higher than other companies. "
