"I called and emailed about an order where I had ordered the wrong size catheter (the result of clicking on a link from a standing order for catheters and purchasing more of where the link took me, but it took me to the wrong size) and asked to exchange, but I was told twice that I would hear back on the reply (the failure to respond to my first request on a timely basis led my second request to fall outside 30 days from the original purchase), but didh't hear back either time."
