I paid for expedited shipping since I have a fractured ankle. I need the shoe leveler since I am in a boot. My doctor wants me to have the ankle brace I ordered for the next step of healing. I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew my order was going to take this long. I know sometimes circumstances in the supply chain are a problem, but I will not order from this website again. And besides this your customer service representative was curt.
